The Magenta Cascade

Just out exploring the Phoenix Constellation, as you do. Discovered this world orbiting a binary star system, one star known as HD142, which is the main star for this planet which is covered in dense foliage and fresh flowing water. No life has been discovered yet, apart from the plant-life that is. As both suns set, strange gases erupt from the planets surface and react to the dust and other gases in the atmosphere, creating the Magenta Cascade.

Particles fall like lava from the sky, although this is just an optical illusionโ€ฆ the particles are actually raising, and it is the appearance of them falling that gives the phenomenon the name of the Magenta Cascade. That, and the magenta colour as well.

The rivers and lakes come alive with the Magenta Cascade, and the sky turns a deep red colour until the suns rise again. Then, the turbulent appearance returns once more to its more natural rain forest look.

I may explore this planet further. With all this greenery and water, there must be life somewhereโ€ฆ

  1. Interesting where the mansion takes you on your journeys. Quite a colorful place I must say. Hope you took your summer clothes! Love the colors in the first one. Beautiful purples.
All the best and hurry back….VK ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. If life exists there, you’ll most likely find it in the oceans.

Plant life existed for millions of years before the first life crawled from the seas here on Earth! ๐Ÿ™‚

    God Bless!
